Stretch-n-Grow: Building Healthy Bodies and Active Minds

We are delighted to offer regular Stretch-n-Grow sessions delivered by specialist instructors. These fun, energetic classes introduce children to the importance of physical activity through age-appropriate exercises, movement games and healthy lifestyle education.

Stretch-n-Grow helps children develop coordination, balance, strength and body awareness while encouraging confidence and a lifelong enjoyment of exercise. Most importantly, the sessions are packed with fun and laughter, making fitness an exciting part of nursery life.

Learning Spanish with Kidslingo

We believe that introducing children to different languages from an early age helps broaden their understanding of the world. Our engaging Spanish sessions, delivered by Claire from Kidslingo, use songs, games, stories and movement to make language learning fun and accessible.

Children naturally absorb new vocabulary and phrases while developing listening skills, confidence and cultural awareness. The sessions are highly interactive and enjoyed by children of all ages.

Forest School Adventures

Our popular Forest School sessions, led by Ffion, provide children with valuable opportunities to connect with nature and learn outdoors. Through hands-on experiences such as exploring natural materials, den building, nature investigations and seasonal activities, children develop confidence, resilience and independence.

Forest School encourages children to take managed risks, solve problems creatively and build a deeper understanding of the natural world. These experiences support physical development, wellbeing and a love of outdoor learning that can last a lifetime.

Phonics with Robot Reg

Our pre-school children enjoy regular Phonics with Robot Reg sessions, a fun and engaging programme designed to build the essential foundations for reading and writing. Through exciting games, songs and interactive activities, children develop key early literacy skills including sound recognition, alliteration, oral blending and segmenting.

The high-energy sessions are carefully designed to make learning enjoyable while helping children gain the confidence and skills they need as they prepare for school. Alongside early phonics development, activities also support both gross and fine motor skills, helping to strengthen the physical foundations needed for handwriting and everyday tasks.
